I am pleased to introduce my new line of necklaces. In creating Black Velvet I am using recycled bicycle inner tubes, black rubber bands, wild silk paper, grey foam. The necklace is reversible. You could chose which side you prefer to wear. My necklaces are unique and whimsical, perfect for conversation openers. And one more plus - all inner tubes are “harvested” locally in New York.

The paper is made from the silkworm Antherina suraka cocoons, harvested in Madagascar. To find more about it please visit:
